Consent to Electronic Billing
You consent to receive your billing invoices electronically instead of by postal mail. Opting into email billing does not incur additional charges.

You agree to provide and maintain an accurate, valid email address for billing purposes. It is your responsibility to update us immediately if your email address changes. Email billing statements will be sent to the email address provided. You are responsible for ensuring that you can receive emails from us (e.g., by checking spam/junk folders and whitelisting our email address).

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary technology to receive and view electronic communications (e.g., a computer or device with internet access and email capabilities).

Opt-Out Option
You may opt out of email billing and return to paper billing at any time by contacting us at info@fountainwaterdistrict.org. Please allow up to 14 business days for processing.

Liability for Missed Payments
We are not responsible for any missed payments resulting from undelivered emails due to issues beyond our control, such as incorrect email addresses or email server errors.
